Payment must be sent, at the latest, after the sketch is approved, unless discussed otherwise. If not, I will not begin the commission.

I will send sketches beforehand, let me know what changes need to be made before I continue.

I will send WIPs as I go along! Let me know if you need anything during this time.

I will send watermarked and unwatermarked versions upon completion.

I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.

I only accept USD and through paypal invoice.

Payment can be sent up front or after the sketch is finalized. We may discuss other terms however

I do not give refunds on character designs or adoptables.

I do not give refunds on completed pieces.

You do not have any right to claim my work as your own.

You may not use my art for commercial purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.

You are able to repost the commission, but please link back to any of my social media sites!

You can make minor changes and such to the design.

Any other more major changes must be talked about with me.

While I would prefer for my designs to not be used for NSFW, if you do use them PLEASE don't show me/let me know.

You may not claim the design as your own.

You may resell it, but if you sell it at a higher price you will not be able to purchase any of my future designs.

The only exception to selling it for a higher price is if there is extra art added after the fact. I would like to be informed of this.

If you use a toyhouse, please credit the design with the user infectois.

Please credit me accordingly when the design is in use.
